Moldy
Midjourney released a new feature towards the end of 2024 / start of 2025 called Moodboards. Moodboards are a type of Midjourney personalization that lets you select specific images to create a unique style for your Midjourney projects. Basically, upload a set of images and then use a personalization code in your prompts to make images in that style. This is a really fun feature to play around with, and one of my favorite examples was using a bunch of images of mold and fungal petri dishes as the source material. I found this to be naturally particularly useful for zombie style imagery.
